Vizio debuts its first 11.6" Windows 8 Tablet powered by AMD

Finally Vizio has also joined the Windows 8 tablet party by unveiling its new 11.6″ slate. The new Windows8 tablet from the Vizio is just follow-up to its advent into PC market last year and shows the company”s determination to widen its range in the market.

The tablet has decent specs. The new Vizio tablet is powered by a dual-core, 1GHz AMD Z60 chip making it among  the first Windows 8 tablet boasting AMD processor inside. The tablet features a 11.6-inch display  rocking 1080p resolution, 2GB of RAM, 64GB of solid-state storage, a 2MP front-facing camera and micro-HDMI / micro-USB ports.

The Vizio is not for RT business at least for now, the tablet runs on full Windows 8 OS. You might be thinking of its price and availability, unfortunately the company hasn’t announced release date and pricing details, but expected soon.
