MWC is getting closer to open and trio of next generation LG Optimus L series have been leaked ahead of its announcement. The smartphones include LG Optimus L3 II, L5 II and L7 II and all will come with a hardware upgrades. However, LG has kept design of trio devices identical to its predecessors.
When it comes to specification, the LG Optimus L3 II is entry-level device but comes with a faster CPU compared to its predecessor, at 1GHz CPU and boasts a improved IPS display panel. The device has a 5MP on the rear side that is a bit higher megapixel to its predecessor which is 3.2MP.
The LG Optimus L5 II will come powered by a 1GHz Cortex-A9 CPU and PowerVR SGX531 GPU and feature 4″ WVGA display. The smartphone will be running on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS. The smartphone has got a noticeable update over the 800MHz Cortex-A5 silicon of its predecessor.
Last but not least, the LG Optimus L7 II is expected to boast some extra core compared to its first generation. According to reports, the LG Optimus L7 II will have a Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8225 1GHz dual-core processor and Adreno 203 GPU. The smartphone will feature 4.3″ WVGA display, 768MB of RAM, 8MP camera and decent 2,460mAh battery. The smartphone should be running on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean tight out of the box.
There are reports that LG will be bringing a Dual-Sim version of the LG Optimus L5 II and L7 II for developing markets. All three models should be displayed at the MWC 2013 in Barcelona.
