HP launches 21.5″ EliteDisplay E221c; pricing $219
HP has introduced a new desktop display with many built-in adjustability. The 21.5″ monitor is called HP EliteDisplay E221c, offering wide viewing angles and integrated webcam.
The monitor is fixed on a highly adjutable stand offering tilt, swivel, height adjustment and pivot settings. HP insists that this monitor is the most adjustable business monitor available from the company.
The monitor features a 21.5-inch Backlit LED IPS display with 1920 x 1080 resolution and 16:9 aspect ratio and offers static contrast ratio of 1000:1 and a dynamic contrast ratio of 5,000,000:1. The display has a response time of 7 ms gray to gray and a brightness rate of 250 cd/m2. As IPS technology, the monitor gives 178-degree viewing angles. Connectivity ports include VGA, DVI, DisplayPort and integrated USB hub.
