LG to release Optimus L9 II with 4.7″ IPS Display
LG has announced yet another version of its L series, dubbed LG Optimus L9 II. The announcement came after its leak yesterday. The device was announced in Netherlands.
Spec-wise, the device is a mid-end smartphone featuring 4.7-inch True HD IPS display with 720 x 1280 pixels resolution, and if yesterday’s leak is right, there should be an 8 MP camera on the back and front-facing 1.3 MP unit.
For connectivity, there are usual Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0 and microUSB 2.0. LG Optimus L9 II has an 8 GB of internal storage and thanks to the microSD card which supports up to 32 GB.
The smartphone is powered by a dual-core 1.4 GHz processor and 1 GB of RAM. The device gets its juice from a 2150 mAh battery. The device is running on Android v4.1.2.
Unfortunately pricing for the device hasn’t been revealed yet, but the release date for the LG Optimus L9 II is expected to be in October.
