Firefox for Windows 8 to be released on March 18th 2014
Finally Firefox is also making its way to Windows 8. Ever since Windows 8 released, fans across the world might have wondered when there would a Window 8 version of Firefox, and if you are one among them, it seems you will not have to wait that much. Report suggests that the company is almost ready to unleash its latest iteration of Firefox browser with full support for Windows 8 operating system.
The company’s Wiki page has been updated with new info including new release date for Windows 8 Firefox browser. The company had a plan to launch the browser back in 2012, but for some reason, that didn’t happen. It seems this time it will not change the release date making users fed up of waiting for the browser.
But folks, if you can’t wait for the release of full Firefox version, there is a beta Windows 8 Firefox which is available via company’s “Firefox Aurora Beta Channel”. New release date for the Windows 8 Firefox is March 18th, with the software expected to be completed by the end of January.
