JVC Everio GZ-R70 and GZ-R10 rugged Camcorders official; Specs and Price
JVC announced its very alluring JVC GC-PX100 Camcorder at CES 2013 and to the CES 2014, JVC has brought its latest version of Everio Camcorders which is highly immune to dust, water, shock and freeze, making the device very sturdy and suitable for professionals and adventurers who may have extreme situations sometimes while capturing the moments. The rugged camcorder models include GZ-R70 and GZ-R10, built around JVC’s quad-proof structure ensuring protection from water up to 5m and drops from as high as 1.5m.
Both JVC Everio GZ-R70 and GZ-R10 camcorders boast capability to capture videos at 1080p HD in temperature as low as 10˚C/14˚F, and features a 2.5 megapixel back-illuminated CMOS image sensor, 40x optical zoom, audio and compatibility with popular video editing software such as Final Cut Pro X and iMovie.
The JVC Everio camcorders are coming with FALCONBRID engine which makes sure efficient audio and video processing to deliver optimum images and sound. Moreover, the camcorders feature K2 technology, and is capable of effectively restoring sound during playback preventing gusts of wind or traffic noise from spoiling it.
JVC says that these two camcorders can last up to 4.5 hours on a single charge. Fortunately, JVC hasn’t forgotten to reveal the pricing and availability for its new Everio models. The JVC GZ-R70 with 32GB internal storage and a built-in LED light is priced at $499.95an will be available on sale in April 2014 while the JVC GZ-R10 will be available for a price of $399.95 and offered in black, blue and red colors. The JVC Evrio GZ-R10 release date is set to March 2014.
