Meizu MX3 to be launched in the US in Q3 2014

You may remember the Meizu MX3, the flagship Chinese device announced back in September 2013. Well, the device seems to be heading to US sooner or later. The smartphone caught eyes of masses for its design as well as specs inside when it was launched in China. Such high-end Chinese devices rarely make it outside the country, but the company seems to be more ambitious and wanting to fight head to head with major smartphone manufacturers, the company certainly has the capability for that.

Meizu has showcased the device at the CES 2014 and has announced that the device will be making its all the way from China to US in Q3 2014. Internally the device is a beast while externally very neat design with super thin bezel and slightly resembles iPhones. The smartphone is powered by Exynos 5 octacore processor  and sports a a 5.1 inch high definition display with 1,800×1,080 pixel resolution. The Meizu MX3 also features 2GB of RAM, 8MP rear camera and 2 megapixel front-facing camera.

For connectivity, there are NFC support, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi and 3G compatibility, and what you need more?! . The device in China is offered in three flavors of storage which includes 32GB, 64GB and 128GB and yet to be seen they also make its way to the US.

On the software side, the smartphone is running on Android 4.2 and Meizu’s own custom UI Flyme 3.0  which features 324 updated interactions and offers 1,579 new visual features.
