This is going to make some fuss among Android lovers, especially if they are also Nokia lovers. The great new is that the Nokia’s Android wildcat A110 / Normandy has again appeared in the town but this on retailer’s website from Vietnam.
Interesting thing is that the leak even shows the same tiled UI which was appeared on a video early and some screenshots, that is allegedly Nokia‘s own Android skin that mimics Windows Phone Metro UI and stands out from the usual Android UI. It seems that the Nokia is really fond of the tiles especially since its partnership with Microsoft and series of Lumia devices.
The leak has also confirmed almost specs. According to the leak, the Nokia Normandy also known as A110 runs on a dual-core 1GHz processor (Snapdragon 200 chipset) and sports a 4″ WVGA display, a 5MP rear camera, dual-SIM support. The smartphone runs on the latest Android 4.4 KitKat. The online retailer also reportedly claimed that the Android device will support all Google services.
Meanwhile, there is also a news from the notorious @evleaks that the Normandy will actually bear an official name Nokia X, no idea what the X stands for though.
The Normandy has appeared online several times so far and all these rumors and leaks showing the Normandy will finally be materialized. And Android users have already showed their interest in Nokia phones with Android OS especially due to its outstanding design and other cool Nokia features like Nokia maps, camera apps and may even be expecting more from the company like PureView technology and massive 41MP camera for its future Android devices if the company really comes into the Android arena. However, take this all with a bit of salt and if you have missed the video of concept Normandy, check the video below.
