HP to release ProPad 600 G1 Win8.1 Tablet with Atom CPU
MWC is the best time for manufactures to introduce new mobile devices and HP is not missing it. The company has brought two new tablets to the event, first of which is dubbed HP ProPad 600 G1. The device will be offered with either Windows 8.1 ro Windows 8.1 Pro and packs a robust specs and features. The device will come powered by 64-bit Intel Atom quad-core processor.
The HP ProPad 600 is powered by optional 64-bit Atom or a 32-bit Intel Atom Z3775 1.46GHz quad-core processor and rocks a 10.1-inches with a 1920 x 1200 pixel resolution protected by a Corning Gorilla Glass. The tablet will come in two flavor of storage which include 32GB and 64GB as well as optional 2GB or 4Gb of RAM. The tablet also offers a front and rear camera of 2MP and 8MP respectively.
The tablet also has microSD card slot to further expand the storage and for connectivity the tablet offers : Bluetooth 4.0 + LE, and 802.11 a/b/g/n with Miracast compatibility. The device features are complete with a 3.5mm headphone jack, HP’s Premier Sound, an integrated microphone, and stereo speakers.
The HTC ProPad 600 G1 release date is set to April while pricing is yet to be announced.
