Motorola September 4 Event, to unveil Moto 360, G2 & X+1
There has already been much fuss about Motorola’s latest work behind the scene and you might be wondering what is coming . Well, it seems that the company has everything in its disposal for the upcoming IFA 2014. The company has sent out invites for an event and that is not certainly without a hint.
There have been leaks and rumors about upcoming Motorola devices that include the Moto 360 smartwatch, as well as the Moto G 2 and Moto X+1 smartphone duo. In addition to that, the invite has confirmed a new bluetooth headset to its portfolio. All these devices will be announced at the press event just ahead of the IFA 2014.
Despite the announcement of its watch on March 18, it hasn’t yet been made its way to the market. But several leaks and rumors have confirmed that the device is still in pipeline and coming. And it seems that the launch of the device is getting closer and expect it at anytime after the IFA 2014. The smartwatch is expected to be priced around €249, but final word is of the company.
Other most anticipated devices from the company are Motorola Moto G2 and Motorola Moto X+1, among them Moto X+1 is expected to be next flagship from the company and rumored to pack a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 chipset with a 2.5 GHz quad-core CPU and 2GB of RAM. The device is also expected to sport a huge display that is said to be either 5.1″ or 5.2″ of 1080p resolution, a 12 MP camera and 2,900mAh battery.
On the other hand, the relatively low specced Moto G 2 is anticipated to come with a quad-core 1.2GHz Cortex-A7 CPU, Adreno 305 GPU, and 1GB of RAM. The device will have a 5″ display of 720p resolution and 8MP rear camera. The smartphone is also known as Moto G+1, but there are only a few weeks for the event and you will eventually know everything about these devices, till then stay tuned.
