Sprint Sharp Aquos Crystal pricing revealed
Sharp announced its latest Crystal devices couple of days ago and Sprint had sent out an event invites with some hint that the carrier would get the device to the US consumers. And this is not surprise when you know that the company is now owned by Japan’s SoftBank. Finally the device has gone official for Sprint and pricing for the device has been revealed.
Since the launch of the device, the device has certainly attracted a bunch of smartphone users. The device with nearly bezel-less design has an alluring form factor. Despite the huge display, the device is compact, it is because of its edge to edge design leaving no space between display and three sides. Greatness of its design ! to cut the edge off from its top, Sharp has fixed the front camera at the bottom of the device which many manufacturers could follow in the future, making smartphones more compact despite huge displays in today’s standard. Sprint has also announced pricing for the device. And if you have thought that would cost you a loft of bucks, you are wrong. The device is priced at $239.99 off contract and will also be offered on carrier’s Easy Pay installment scheme whcih would cost you $0 upfront and 24 monthly payment of $10. And the company is yet to reveal details about plans if you want to sign a contract for the device. The device is expected to be available starting August 29.
Sprint’s customers on its prepaid brands will also be able to grab the device at some point in the future. Virgin and Boost mobile will sell the device for a price of $149.99. Boost Mobile will offer the while version of Crytal while the Virgin Mobile offers black version.
