AT&T to release Moto G 4G this Friday; pricing $180

Finally AT&T has announced that it will be selling the Motorola Moto G 4G  starting this Friday. Don’t get confused into believing it as 2014 version of Moto 4G. This is just LTE-enabled version of the original Moto G, not the Moto G 2014 which doesn’t have 4G.

AT&T Moto G will be sold off contract for a price of $180 but  you can also sign up for a year and get the phone for $80. The phone can be yours with an AT&T Next plan that will cost you $7.50 a month for 18 months or $9 for 12 months.

In terms of specs, the Moto G 4G sports a 4.5″ IPS display with 720p resolution, a Snapdragon 400 chipset,  a 5MP/720p camera, a microSD card and,  4G LTE for faster internet.  The smartphone runs on Android 4.4 KitKa.

Even though the new version of the Moto G is not LTE-enabled, it has bigger display and better camera in megapixel count, 8MP. However,  LTE could be of your interest, then, this is the only option.
