HP launches 2016 Pavilion x2 with optional Skylake Processor and up to 8GB of RAM; Specs and Price

HP has introduced a new model to its Pavilion x2 line and this time with a new 12.1-inch 2-in-1 tablet. The new model comes with robust specs compared to its predecessor.

The HP Pavillion Pavilion x2 for $500 is powered by an Intel Atom x5-Z8500 processor and 2GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. If you are willing to pay $100 extra, you will get the device with a Core M3 Skylake processor, 4GB of RAM, and 128GB of storage. The tablet supports up to 8 GB of RAM and offered with optional 256GB of storage.

The Pavillion Pavilion x2 sports a 1920 x 1280 pixel IPS display, and features a USB 3.1 Type-C port, USB 2.0 port, micro HDMI port, and headset jack.

The table get juice from 33 Whr battery that the company says will last up to 8 hours. The tablet weighs about 1.6 pounds without the keyboard attached, and 3.2 pounds with the keyboard attached.
