All new Nokia Smartphones with Metal Body surface in Photos; rumored for 2016
Despite the fact that Microsoft bought finish smartphone maker Nokia’s business, the brand is yet not giving up on smartphones and if the rumors and leaks are true, the company is already set to launch couple of smartphones. This comes as the clause between Microsoft and Nokia, that prevented the company from launching new smartphones under the Nokia brand ended December 31 2015. And now a new set of photos have surfaced, which show couple of smartphones, possible candidates for Nokia’s 2016 releases.
One of the devices has a very boxy design and is compact in size while the other one is phablet-sized smartphone with relatively slim form factor. Both devices reportedly feature metal body while the compact boxy one also has a pair of antenna lines on the back.
The pictures show cameras on the back with single LED flash. Other controls include a volume rocker on the left side and below it the power button. On the other side you can see a cover, that should be for SIM and microSD card slot.
More details on specs and other features are yet to be available but rumors suggest the devices will run on Android. However, take it with a pinch of salt.
Even though the company stayed away from smartphone market for a while, there are still a lot of its fans who would be ready to get one of its devices over other brands available in the market, especially if the devices come with Android OS. And this is definitely happy news for those who have been waiting for Nokia’s second coming to the smartphone world. So would you choose Nokia over any other brand?
