Polaroid Snap+ Instant Camera announced at CES 2016; features 3.5″ LCD and 13MP Sensor
Polaroid expanded next generation instant print camera with one called Snap+. This new model brings several new features and overall improvements how the camera works. The new snap+ is coming with a 3.5-inch touchscreen LCD on the back for navigating menus and framing images.
Spec-wise, the camera sports a 13MP CMOS sensor which the company claims to offer improved photographic quality, and a microSD card up to 128GB of storage capacity to which the camera stored videos and photos.
There is Bluetooth connectivity which in addition lets you connect it with the Polaroid print app and quickly print to and from smartphones and tablets. The camera uses the integrated ZINK Zero Ink Printing Technology that gives 2×3″ prints automatically. You can put up to 10 image in queue to print at a time and you can continue snapping picture while printing. Polaroid print app is offered for both Android and iOS users but no word on if it will offer a Windows 10 Mobile version. The app lets you edit images on the mobile devices, apply filters, digital stickers, effects, and controls.
There is no exact pricing and release date details but current model is offered for a price of $99. However, the camera is expected to hit in Q4 2016.
